How We Got Here

Founded in 2019, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and wellbeing. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings, services at Your Herbal Wellness Center, as we focus on helping clients improve their wellness. We offer a variety of services to help all of our clients achieve healthier lifestyles and general wellness.

Our Clinical herbalist, Jennifer has been studying herbs for more than 15 years. When her son was diagnosed with Autism she turned to natural options to offer a better lifestyle to her son. She participated in many professional conferences where the use of natural supplementation and use of nutritional food was discussed. After learning about the benefits of herbs and food, she decided to incorporate them into her lifestyle. Recently she formally studied herbs and their benefits at the Herbal Academy.

Jennifer has a doctor of psychology degree with a license to practice in Puerto Rico, but not in the USA. Since 2003, she has been working with many families to empower them to understand autism and develop a better lifestyle. Since her years' as a psychology student, she has been working with survivors of sexual trauma, learning disabilities, and autism. She has more than 20 years of experience working with emotional wellness. As your wellbeing partner, she will offer you a non-judgemental environment free of diagnosis or psychotherapy.

Jennifer's purpose is to share her knowledge in holistic wellness and educate about the benefits of herbs to achieve your wellness goals. She will teach you how to make healthier choices to promote a better lifestyle and promote your body balance. She is an excellent educator that enjoys teaching about autism, holistic wellness, and more topics. Jennifer is NOT a physician and she doesn't diagnose or treat or cure any medical illness. She believes the body can restore it's natural balance when is provided with the proper elements to promote its natural wellbeing.
